This image was taken from the top of Lion Head, looking straight across the Tuckerman Ravine to its southern border, which includes the Davis and Boott Spur trails. It was taken at a focal length
of 300mm and shows a series of cairns that dot the entire extent of the trail. The cairns are especially useful in winter, when snow would otherwise hide the trail.
